Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the NEBULONS AI Studio platform and forms part of the Terms of Service. Its purpose is to keep the platform secure, lawful, and trustworthy for every business customer. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

You must not use the Services to process, generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. You must not process personal data through the Services unless you have a lawful basis for doing so and have complied with your obligations as a controller.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other customers' environments, or any systems or data belonging to NEBULONS AI or third parties. This prohibition includes scanning or probing networks without authorisation, circumventing authentication or security controls, interfering with the integrity or performance of the Services, and extracting data, prompts, or system behaviour belonging to other customers or to the platform itself.

You must not use the Services to develop, train, or distribute models, datasets, or outputs intended to cause harm, including malware generation, targeted disinformation, autonomous weapons control, unlawful surveillance of individuals, spam generation, or the circumvention of legal protections such as paywalls, digital rights management, or platform terms of third parties. You must not misrepresent the origin of AI-generated content in violation of applicable disclosure laws.

You must not reverse engineer the Services, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; you must not resell or provide the Services to third parties as a competing hosted service without NEBULONS AI's prior written agreement; and you must not use the Services in a manner that subjects NEBULONS AI to liability under export control, sanctions, or anti-corruption laws.

NEBULONS AI investigates suspected violations of this AUP. Where a violation threatens the security, availability, or lawfulness of the platform, NEBULONS AI may suspend the affected account or processing operation with notice where practicable, or immediately where the threat is severe. Violations may result in termination of the Services under the Terms of Service, and NEBULONS AI may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required or permitted.

If you become aware of any use of the Services that violates this AUP, you are encouraged to report it to NEBULONS AI through the published support channels. Reports are handled confidentially and reviewed under the same data protection commitments that govern all Customer Data: reported content is retained only as long as necessary to act on the report and is deleted thereafter.
