NEBULONS AI is committed to a simple, verifiable position: we do not retain your data, we protect it with strong technical measures for as long as it exists at all, and we process it only to carry out the instructions you give us.

Content processed on your instruction exists only for the duration of that instruction and is deleted from active systems when the instruction completes; encrypted backup copies rotate out and are destroyed within thirty (30) days at most. Account, billing, and security records are retained only where legally required and are deleted when the statutory period ends. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us; we complete such deletions within the timelines described in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
We protect personal data with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access controls, network segmentation, continuous security monitoring, and personnel bound by confidentiality obligations, as described in the Information Security Policy.
