Zero Data Retention / No-Training Commitment

This Zero Data Retention / No-Training Commitment states the binding, unconditional undertakings of NEBULONS AI regarding Customer Data processed through the NEBULONS AI Studio platform. These undertakings apply to every customer, on every plan, at all times, and override any conflicting interpretation of any other document to the extent a conflict exists.

First: NEBULONS AI does not retain Customer Data. Customer Data — datasets, documents, prompts, completions, outputs, logs containing content, and model artifacts not explicitly persisted by the Customer — exists within NEBULONS AI systems only for the technical duration of the operation the Customer initiated. When the operation completes, the data is deleted from active systems automatically. Encrypted backup copies, which exist solely for disaster recovery, rotate out and are destroyed within thirty (30) days at most. NEBULONS AI maintains no archive, data lake, or secondary store of Customer content.

Second: NEBULONS AI does not train on Customer Data. Customer Data is never used to train, fine-tune, re-train, evaluate, validate, benchmark, distil, or otherwise improve or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model — whether a NEBULONS AI model, a foundation model, a third-party model, or any future product. Model improvement at NEBULONS AI is conducted exclusively on NEBULONS AI's own synthetic data, licensed public data, or data specifically and separately licensed for that purpose, never on anything a Customer has submitted.

Third: processing happens only on the Customer's instruction. Data flows through the platform solely to execute what the Customer asked for — preparing a dataset, running a training job, hosting an evaluation, or serving an inference request. NEBULONS AI personnel do not access Customer Data except where strictly necessary to support, secure, or troubleshoot the Services at the Customer's request, under least-privilege controls and confidentiality obligations, and every such access is audit-logged.

Fourth: data is deleted on request, verifiably. At any time the Customer may request deletion of any or all of its data. Active copies are deleted within twenty-four (24) hours of the request; backup copies are destroyed within thirty (30) days at most. Upon written request, NEBULONS AI issues a signed Deletion Certificate confirming what was deleted, by which method, and when. Deletion is permanent: after the timeline completes, the data cannot be recovered by anyone, including NEBULONS AI.

Fifth: the Customer's data never mixes with anyone else's. Each customer's environment is logically and physically isolated. Customer Data is never aggregated with other customers' data, never made visible to other customers, and never leaves the infrastructure boundaries assigned to the Customer, except encrypted transit between the isolated environment and the customer's own endpoints.

Sixth: these commitments are architectural, not aspirational. The zero-retention and no-training guarantees are implemented in the design of the platform itself — transient processing scopes, automatic deletion on job completion, content-free operational logging, and separated storage — and are reviewed as part of the security governance described in the Information Security Policy. NEBULONS AI will not amend these commitments to the detriment of existing Customers without their explicit written consent.

If NEBULONS AI ever fails to meet any undertaking in this commitment, the Customer's rights and remedies are as set out in the Master Services Agreement, and the failure will be treated as a material breach. This commitment survives the termination or expiry of any subscription indefinitely, because a promise about data that no longer exists is a promise about the past — and the past does not expire.
